I've been working quite a bit on digital painting lately. It's got a pretty steep learning curve, but I tend to throw myself in the deep end and just learn from there. Most of the work I'll be submitting for the next little while will probably be in the sketches folder and will be very rough, but I've come to realize that the only way to get good is to consistently work so I'm just going to have to live with the stuff that sucks so that I'll improve.

I've been on hiatus for a while. Mostly I've been working on learning to do boring stuff like heads and hair and facial expressions. The thinking was that I need to get to where I can draw these things in my sleep. Somewhere along the line I started working on digital painting. It's a very different way of looking at creating art. Starting with a sketch, adding lines and then coloring things works ok, but it's a very time consuming process. Learning to sketch with light and color has massive potential for saving time, but has had a much steeper learning curve than I initially thought it would.

You dont know me so let me introduce myself. My name is Dzonatan and Im a typical artist you could find on dA I noticed some of your works and I find them quite interesting. I could use your help since lately I find my works lacking something. I would greatly appreciate it if you could spare me a watch and point out my flaws.
